About Us

DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Howard County first opened its doors on October 1, 2006. We are a full scale remodeling company with a passion for baths and kitchens. Our company has grown from a local family owned business, Don P. Pistorio Company, which was established in 1978 into DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Howard County which is currently co-owned by Don P. Pistorio and Rob Smith.

As our business has grown, we’ve developed a reputation as one of the most respected remodeling companies in Howard County. We’ve reached this point through implementing effective systems to develop timely completion of projects, and create a smooth transition for customers during the remodeling process. We have also had the honor of being distinguished as DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen Sales Consultant of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Along with our accolades, we also belong to the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and we also participate in National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) training seminars.

We are proud to operate under our code of values which we believe will guide us towards reaching our goals as the remodeling company you think of when you’re thinking quality craftsmanship, honesty, integrity, customer satisfaction and competitive pricing.

We live our Code of Values by….

Respect

…Treating others as we would like to be treated.
…listening with the intent to understand what is being said and acknowledging that what is said is important to the speaker.
…responding in a timely fashion.
…speaking calmly and respectfully, without profanity or sarcasm.
…acknowledging everyone as right from their own perspective.

Integrity

…making only agreements we are willing, able and intend to keep.
…communicating any potentially broken agreements at the first appropriate opportunity to all parties concerned.
…looking to the system for correction and proposing all possible solutions if something is not working.
…operating in a responsible manner: “above the line…”
…communicating honestly and with purpose.
…asking clarifying questions if we disagree or do not understand.
…never saying anything about anyone that we would not say to him or her.

Customer Focus
…continuously striving to maximize internal and external customer loyalty.
…making our best effort to understand and appreciate the customer’s needs in every situation.

Having Fun In The Process!
